1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any service provided by 365bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you ("the User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 365bdt with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or representations.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of 365bdt is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all subsequent times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 365bdt strictly prohibits use of its services by minors.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 365bdt, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

365bdt reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held therein may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by 365bdt, you must create a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one active account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify 365bdt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. 365bdt shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Account Verification: 365bdt may require you to submit identity documents (such as a national ID card or passport) and proof of payment method ownership as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 365bdt supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile financial services, as well as selected local bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank, subject to availability.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to successful completion of any applicable verification checks.
• Matching Payment Methods: Withdrawals must, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. 365bdt reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to alternative methods.
• Transaction Fees: 365bdt does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, for which 365bdt accepts no responsibility.
• Refusal of Transactions: 365bdt reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms is suspected.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

365bdt may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the following general rules apply:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and must not be exploited through systematic betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or any form of bonus abuse.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal may be processed.
• 365bdt reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing promotional offers will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts permanently suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until the Platform displays a confirmation reference number. 365bdt accepts no responsibility for bets not received due to connectivity issues.
• Manifest Errors: Any bet placed at odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a system error or human input mistake may be voided by 365bdt at its sole discretion, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Maximum Payouts: Maximum payout limits may apply per event, per day, or per market. 365bdt reserves the right to reduce stake sizes or decline bets from accounts identified as professional or syndicate bettors.
• Live Betting: In-play markets may be suspended or settled at any time during a live event. Once a bet has been accepted on a live market it will stand regardless of subsequent suspensions, subject to manifest error provisions above.
• Casino Games: All casino games are supplied by certified third-party providers. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are determined by the individual game provider and are available in the relevant game information panel.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to 365bdt immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal purpose.
• Attempting to access or tamper with another player's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or places an unreasonable load on the Platform's infrastructure.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 365bdt Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout, is the intellectual property of 365bdt or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 365bdt. Unauthorised use may result in civil or criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. 365bdt's total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

365bdt makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 365bdt account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and wagering obligations.

365bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these terms has occurred. In cases of fraud or serious misconduct, account balances may be withheld pending investigation.

12 Amendments to These Terms

365bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly stated at the top. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Where changes are material, 365bdt will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect, though this does not constitute an obligation.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
